Wrapping up our summer fun we decided to make a delicious treat yesterday, we made ICE CREAM IN A BAG!!! If you haven't made ice cream in a bag before it is super easy and super yummy.
Here's what you need...
1 small ziplock bag
1 large ziplock bag
ice
rock salt
milk
vanilla extract
sugar
1st: Combine 2 tbs of sugar, 1tsp vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup of milk in 1 small ziplock bag.
2nd: Combine 2 cups of ice and a good portion of salt in 1 large ziplock bag.
3rd: put the small ziplock bag into the large ziplock bag, so that ice is surrounding the small bag.
4th: SHAKE for about 5 minutes, the kiddos wanted to wear a glove because the bag was cold.
Once you have shaken your bag for about 5 minutes you will have yummy homemade ice cream! DELICIOUS!!! ENJOY.
