Yesterday was Emma's First Day of 1st Grade! She was so excited from the moment that she woke up. We had a celebration breakfast of pancakes and bacon (Emma's favorite) and then the whole family took her to school. After school she couldn't stop talking about her day. She was really proud to tell me she ate all her lunch, since I had told her multiple times how important it was to eat her lunch and not play around to much. I was so happy to hear that she had a wonderful day and loves her teacher, it makes the whole transition from 1/2 day to full day school easier for me (haha).
