Last night we went to Emma's Meet the Teacher night at Centennial Elementary. Emma was so excited to meet her teacher, see her classroom, meet new friends, and see old ones. When we got to her classroom we had lots of paperwork to fill out and even homework to bring back on Monday! I think her teacher this year is ready for the school year, she seems prepared and was so excited to meet all her students. While we were there Emma's best friend from kindergarten came to class and Emma got REALLY excited to know that she was in her class. After we left last night she couldn't stop talking about all the fun she was going to have in 1st grade. I am going to miss seeing her all day, but after last night I know she is ready to go to school all day and learn a lot. My baby girl is getting big!!!
