Our Pirate Week has been so fun! Each morning Emma and Logan receive a pirate map that has clues on it. Each clue is an activity that they have to complete in order to get the next clue. Some of the activities include writing about what it would be like to be a pirate, creating pirate boats, completing a plank obstacle course, and so much more. Once they receive a clue they must follow the clue to find their next activity. After they have found all the clues they get a final clue which gives them a hint about where their pirate chests might be.
When I was getting everything ready for this week I had no idea that the kids would enjoy this so much. It has been a truly exciting week for them and they wake up each morning ready to complete their pirate maps and find their treasure chests which makes my heart soar!
