Last Wednesday we took our first field trip as a preschool and visited a local farm. We have been learning about farms and how important they are and also what animals can be found on them. We visited Superstition Farm, this farm is primarily a dairy, but they also have chickens, goats, a donkey, and over 1,000 cows. We were able to take a hay ride and the kids fed the goats and donkey. The kids also got to pet a bunny and hold a chicken, Logan didn't want to participate in that. We also had the opportunity to try out the fresh milk they harvest from the cows at the farm. It was a fun morning for all the preschoolers and parents.
Looking at the cows.
