Butterflies

Every year for preschool I order caterpillars and we watch them turn into butterflies. It is always such a fun project for my preschoolers and something we look forward to doing every year. This year when I ordered the caterpillars the company sent me two sets of caterpillars instead of one. I wasn't sure I needed 12 caterpillars so I asked Emma's teacher Ms. L-B if their class would like 6 of them so they could watch them grow and turn into butterflies. She said yes and I helped her take care of them for a couple weeks. Once the caterpillars turned into butterflies Emma's class released them. Emma came home the other day with Thank You notes from her entire class thanking me for bring the caterpillars. It was such a nice gesture on Ms. L-B's part and I loved reading all of the notes. I am posting a few of my favorites!

Centennial's Spring Carnival

Last night Emma's school hosted their annual spring carnival. There were lots of bouncy houses, carnival food, music, and games. Emma and Logan had a blast jumping and playing and Papa Maley joined in on the fun too. Emma saw a few of her friends from her class and was able to play with them for a bit. Overall it was a super fun night!

Happy Birthday Emma!

Our sweet little girl is 7 years old! It is so hard to believe that she is 7. She is such a girly girl, she loves clothes, jewelry, dancing, singing, and everything sparkly. 

When Emma woke up this morning she was greeted with 3 presents. She got a Barbie from Logan, playdough from Mommy, and a rock creator from Daddy. 

After opening her gifts she got dressed up for school and got to go on a special breakfast date with Daddy. Daddy took her to Dunkin Donuts before taking her to school.

A special gift for all her friends in her class.

Logan, Landon, and I picked Emma up from school and took her out for pizza during lunch. 

Later tonight we celebrated with Meme and Papa. Emma got to open her presents from them and enjoy a special cupcake.

I think she had a wonderful day!

Landon's 1st Solid Food

Landon is almost 6 months old and we decided he was ready to try his first foods. I got rice cereal for him to try. He LOVES it! He makes some of the cutest noises when he is eating, he does a lot of Mmmm, Mmmm, Mmmm noises. It is so stinkin cute!

Emma's 7th Birthday Party!

Emma had her 7th birthday party at Bounce U! She was so excited to party and jump with her friends from school, dance, and church. It was such a fun afternoon!
